A good badminton racquet: We recommend you invest in a good brand. One of our all time favourite is the Yonex Carbonex 800 plus, 3U G4
Grip: A good grip can take the player a long way, make sure to start off with the right form. Once the grip is in place, it forms a strong base for a good game
Stance and Footwork: A good jog as warm up before any game can help in improving the footwork
Shadow practice: Practice makes a man perfect, in addition to playing on the court, make sure to spend some time each day doing on the spot shadow practice to go from a beginner to a pro in no time
Right gear: Make sure to buy sports shoes that are anti-slip and have wear-resistant rubber for the soles. This will help in the footwork and will last you longer
